Introduction
This Disclosures & Ethics Policy governs the creation and dissemination of content across the websites and subdomains operated by Saphire (the “Sites”), applies to all websites and subdomains operated by us, including stevezafeiriou.com, saphirelabs.com and konnekt.gr, as well as related apps, newsletters, APIs, and social channels (collectively, the “Sites”).
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Disclosures, Ethics, and Research Disclaimer Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

SAPHIRE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITES AND ANY PART OF THEM AND ANY EXTERNAL WEBSITES AND YOUR USE OF THE SITES, AND SAPHIRE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE COMPLETENESS OF THE SITES, CORRECTNESS, TIMELINESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SUITABILITY OF SUCH CONTENT FOR ANY USE, APPLICATION OR PURPOSE.
We and any person connected to us do not make any warranty or representation about the accuracy or completeness of the Sites Content, pages, services, options and contents or the content of any third party websites linked to the Sites or servers (“servers”) through which content is made available to users and we assume no responsibility or liability for (1) that your access to or use of the Sites will meet your needs or expectations, (2) that your access or use of the Sites will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors or omissions, that errors will be corrected or that all questions raised will be answered, (3) that usage data provided through the Sites will be accurate; and/or (4) that the Sites or any content, services or features available on or through the Sites are free of viruses or other harmful components; ea or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Sites by any third party.

Saphire under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor/user of the pages, contents, services and options of the Sites, which the user does on his own initiative and with the knowledge of these terms. The cost of any corrections or services is borne by the user and under no circumstances by Saphire.
You acknowledge and agree that we have made the Sites available to you and have entered into these terms of service subject to the disclaimer of warranties and limitations of liability in this section. We could not provide the Sites to you without these restrictions.
10. Corrections, Feedback, and Takedowns
We welcome error reports and feedback at info@saphirelabs.com.
We may correct, update, or remove content at our discretion and timing.

11. Governing Law; Venue
This Agreement of the Saphire Sites, as well as any modification or change thereof, are governed by national, European and international law.
It is hereby expressly agreed that any disputes arising from the application of this Agreement and the general use of the Saphire Sites by their visitor/user, if not resolved amicably, shall be governed by Greek law and subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Material changes may be announced on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
13. Relationship to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site Terms”). In case of conflict, the Site Terms control to the extent required by law; otherwise, the provisions are cumulative.
Nothing herein limits any additional disclaimers or limitations contained in the Site Terms.
